Located in one of Brentwood, Tennessee's most prestigious neighborhoods, this 850-square-foot pool and oversized spa showcase modern design with clean, straight lines and an asymmetrical yet balanced layout. The expansive rectangular spa features a prominent spillway, complemented by fire and water bowls, sheer descent spillways, raised planters, and a tanning ledge. Materials include silver travertine pavers, slate tile, Turtle Bay PebbleSheen, and split-face travertine veneer, creating a sophisticated aesthetic. The design follows the natural grade of the property, ensuring seamless integration with the landscape. The client's priorities were privacy and a secluded space to entertain, incorporating a swim jet system for Ironman training and areas for relaxation.
